Plavan Fleet’s Web Maintenance tools allow you online access to your account to:

• Maintain your Plavan FleetCards – View your active cards; lock out and replace lost or stolen cards; look up pin numbers; and order new cards.
• Adjust your FleetCard Security – Set or change gallon limits and time and day restrictions.
• View or download transaction information – Fuel transaction reports are available to view, print or download into Excel. Plavan Fleet will also work with you to create custom downloads for importing fuel and vehicle data into fleet maintenance, asset management or accounting software applications.
• View or reprint invoices - Your current and historical invoices are available online.
• Update account information – Add or change account user access and update any of your company’s contact information.
