Our Private Site Management Service is the comprehensive way to capture and track fueling data easily at your own fuel sites and an over-the-road network. We provide the controls and reporting you need to effectively manage your on-site and off-site fuel operations. Plavan Fleet integrates your private/terminal sites with your over-the-road fuel information to give you a comprehensive look at your fleet fueling.

With Plavan Fleet’s integrated service, you gain the best security controls for your on-site fuel, card management tools (issuing and replacement) and optional inventory management and procurement. In addition, you receive all the reporting capabilities of Plavan’s FleetCard customers for your private fuel site transactions. Our integrated private-site and off-site transaction reporting includes:

• IFTA filings
• Fuel spend by department, route, job or other cost center
• Off-road fuel usage
• Electronic data files for upload into fleet maintenance, asset management or accounting systems.

Plavan Fleet’s Private Site Management Service involves integrating your existing fuel site management equipment or installing a system for you. We offer PetroVend, Syn-Tech and Gasboy fuel management systems. In addition, we can install a fuel site control system that allows you to manage your inventory, dispensers, monitoring and fuel management equipment via the Internet or simply allow us to take care of it for you.
