Plavan Fleet offers either vehicle or driver cards to secure and track fuel transactions however you need. Our new vehicle card system provides the highest level of security and accountability.

1. Assign a card to each vehicle.
2. Assign a custom pin number to each driver.
3. Driver swipes vehicle card at the pump and enters his/hers custom pin number.
4. Drivers only have to remember their own custom pin avoiding the risk of him/her writing the number on the card.
5. Our invoices and fuel reports allow you to track usage by vehicle and driver and details which driver was responsible for each vehicle fueling.

Our driver card system is what you need if you assign cards to your drivers. Each employee will have their own card that they can use with any vehicle. Our system can capture vehicle or equiment numbers at the time of fueling by prompting your driver to enter a vehicle number. In addition, your drivers can choose their own custom pin numbers so that they do not forget them.

Either system provides you with complete control over your fleet's fueling.
