Plavan Fleet understands that being alerted of potential fraud is critical for companies to control spending effectively. We run daily and weekly exception reports to detect fraudulent activity and volume changes associated with your account. Should any suspect account activity occur, email alerts will be sent to management so that they can respond immediately. Fraud detection alerts include:

• Volume Change Alerts - Any significant increase or decrease to your average weekly gallons is reported.

• Transactions Error Alerts - Attempts to fuel outside of the card fueling parameters (gallons, time, day, transactions, etc.) are reported.

• Product Exception Alerts - Fuel purchases that differ from your normal purchasing patterns are reported.

• Card Watch - Monitor a specific driver with email alerts that notify you whenever that driver's card is swiped to purchase fuel.
